We keep headshot pricing simple: From $749 for the first 4 people then $149 for each additional person (excl. GST). For teams over 30, Charities and not-for-profits can also access discounted rates.
We make large-scale headshots simple and efficient. Our High Volume Headshot service brings the studio to you for a full-day session, capturing unlimited headshots from $2999 + GST per day. With the ability to photograph 25-35 people per hour, we help large companies streamline the process with minimal disruption.

Same-day proofs and retouching are available upon request, with discounted rates for multi-day bookings.

Whether it’s subtle touch-ups or full styling, having a professional on hand ensures everyone looks and feels their best in front of the camera.
All we need is an empty room. A room approximately 4 x 6 metres with a ceiling height of over 2.5 metres is ideal. Minimal natural light is preferred but not essential. We bring a professional pop-up studio, ensuring high-quality results without compromise.
For the best participation rates, we recommend not scheduling individual sessions. However, we offer a scheduler add-on, allowing participants to book a time and receive text reminders. We typically schedule 20 employees per hour.
